Security is vital to every daycare. Whether it be the personal safety of the children, the confidentiality of your clients' personal information or the protection of your business' property, security is a top priority.

Many daycare software companies offer excellent security measures to protect all of your daycare's interests. For example, some companies offer products to keep your center secure and prevent unauthorized persons from entering the building or accessing restricted areas. Such products can include photo identification of authorized persons (e.g. parents or guardians and employees), biometric fingerprint identification, and password or pin-protected doorlocks.

To keep both your cilents' personal information and your company's business data safe, most daycare software programs include password protection. If the software is web-based, make sure the application service provider has also implemented appropriate data encryption methods.
